Product Descpription:
An Auto complete line for manufacturing infant milk tin cans. The infant milk tin can (probably AL or Zn coated Al, or the standard alloy for infant milk tin cans) diam. of tin is 99mm and another tin kind: diam. 128mm. Height of tin cans range from 119 to 170mm and should be flexible to deal with heights of up to 250mm in case they decide to produce a higher weight milk can like (S-26, the famous US infant formula can)
Speed needed is 100 tins/min.
Of course the produced tins need to be well sealed and complete as empty tins and ready to be introduced for the filling line, but of course packed in such as sealed and packed on pallets in rows and in a totally shrinked and covered way to keep cleanliness of the tins (end of the line machines) until they need to be filled. |
